Project Scope
- The virtual postbox applications uses the mobile number as the post box number
- The applications have the functionality of notifications through SMS or Email of the mails sent, arrival, source, destination, and recipients and delivery message to the sender.
- The applications provide options for delivery whether at the post offices or home delivery.
- The applications is be able to produce barcode/QR codes to be attached on the mails to be sent by the customers.
- The applications contains tracking and tracing facilities, fields to the track should include at least sender, recipient, post offices, date and time sent, date and time delivered.
- Products are displayed on its own pages and not mixed with other clients products.
- The application contain the module for registration of customers, name, number, location(Geolocation)
- contain a module for self-registration and through USSD
- Integrations SmartPosta with other third part applications such as GePG,Bulk SMS from TTCL and MNOs
