  • Collect the necessary information / data on the 18 new LGAs that are not yet included in the current grant allocation formula documentation;
  • Produce an updated   LGAs data book and template that accommodate all relevant data as per requirements contained in the existing LGA Data book and the new LGA grades;
  • Make a presentation to all key stakeholders on the updated LGAs grant allocation formula documentation;
  • Accommodate all relevant comments from stakeholders and submit the final report

Project Scope

  • The virtual postbox applications uses the mobile number as the post box number
  • The applications have the functionality of notifications through SMS or Email of the mails sent, arrival, source, destination, and recipients and delivery message to the sender.
  • The applications provide options for delivery whether at the post offices or home delivery.
  • The applications is be able to produce barcode/QR codes to be attached on the mails to be sent by the customers.
  • The applications contains tracking and tracing facilities, fields to the track should include at least sender, recipient, post offices, date and time sent, date and time delivered.
  • Products are displayed on its own pages and not mixed with other clients products.
  • The application  contain the module for registration of customers, name, number, location(Geolocation)
  • contain a module for self-registration and through USSD
  • Integrations SmartPosta with other third part applications such as GePG,Bulk SMS from TTCL and MNOs
